This week in England has been so hugely relaxing and happy! Usually when I travel I’m all about finding the local food hotspots but this is a different kind…
Basically, another brunch = another form of banana bread. I make them all the time and they often involve chocolate. But here’s another one that everyone devoured if you want a swirl version!
I’m going to give you the instagram instructions cos it really is that simple:
Chocolate chip swirl banana bread ? ? 1️⃣ WHIZ it up in a blender 2️⃣SWIRL it in a pan 3️⃣BAKE 4️⃣LOAD it up with nut butter 5️⃣ DEVOUR and smile. ? Blend 2 cups oats to a flour, add 3 ? and 3 ?, 1.5 tsp baking powder and blend again. Take out half and pour it into a lined loaf pan and stir in 2T coconut flour, then sprinkle on 2T chocolate chips, then add 3T cocoa to the remaining batter in the blender and blend to combine. Pour the rest into the loaf pan and add 2T more chocolate chips… or more, ya know. Give it a few swirls the bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until firm and a skewer comes out clean (it won’t come out clean if it hits a choc chip so look for wet batter not melted choc chip!). I then drizzled on a sauce of 1T sunbutter, 2T coconut oil and 3T cocoa. Slice and enjoy. ?
